On Sunday afternoon, a lot of families from Lost River said goodbye to their youth. They were going to Kamp Kennessee for the week. Hugs and kisses were given and then there they went.
"What the heck am I going to do all week without my brothers and sister here?" Well, of course there was work to be done....but not as much as I thought. We did the house chores, picked the blueberries, kept the baby, and did a little mowing for dad. But our days really weren't busy like I thought they would be. I got a lot of reading done due to the quietness of a pretty empty house. And, oh boy, I enjoyed every minute of it!
Today Chase and I, after dropping off Dillon at the Nashville airport, are going to go get our brothers and sisters. I can't wait to see them! It'll be good to have them home again.
